Boxed, wax dipped, 500ml bottle from the lcbo. Murky, dark brown pour, with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with dark spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg, plums figs, burnt brown sugar, and some acidic woody barrel, and bourbon notes. Mouth feel is thin, and the carb is very soft. The finish is fruity, but there is a strong flemish red/ red wine vinegar flavour that is a bit off putting. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. It really brings out the tannins from the bourbon barrel and totally throws off the sweet balance of the beer.

Can from the LCBO. Pours a hazy yellow, with a large white head. Aroma is tart, and bright. Some light brett, lemon zest, lemon juice, and light mango. bright mouth feel, lively carb. Tart finish, low bitterness, lots of sharp citrus notes with some tangy, fruity brett notes. Bright, and easy drinking. quite pleasant, and refreshing.

On Tap at Spacecraft in Sudbury Ontario. Pours a clear copper, with a tiny white head. Aroma smacks of vinegar, and oak. Light fruit, but just an attack of lactic acid on the senses. Notes of flemish red, with light fruit, and huge balsamic vinegar, and white vinegar notes. This cant be what they were going for.

Cloudy yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is exactly like freshly sliced cucumber with salt sprinkled on it. The slightest hint of lime zest comes through, with a solid mouth feel, and carb. The finish has some savoury honey dew, and more cucumber with some nice twang from the lime. Not much sign of the base gose, the cucumber and like dominate, but damn this is good!

A God session IPA but it's dialed back from a normal NeIPA a little too much. The finish is very dry and there is not much of a finish at all with zero bitterness. Only thing keeping tis from a garbage rating is the nice zesty citrus notes and soft tropical fruit in the nose.

Bottle from the lcbo. Hazy yellow pour, large white head. Aroma is tart malted wheat, light lemon and some lactose. The pineapple is hard to find until the finish. The finish has a nice sweet pineapple nectar flavour. The sweetness mingles well with the tart wheat. Very clean and crisp, and easily crushable. Nice stuff.

Incredibly juicy, loaded with tropical fruit, orange and zesty lemon oils and solid peach. Full mouth feel, lively carb. Finish is lightly bitter more abundance of tropical fruit and citrus. A very juicy, fruity ipa.

Can from the lcbo. Black pour, with a beige head. Wry roasty, some cocoa powder, hints of licorice and coffee. Silky mouth feel, soft carb. Medium bitterness, lots of satisfying roast, and subtly sweet coffee and cocoa note. Easy drinking, nice stuff.

Lemon zest, light pine, some hints of yeast. Very very light body, and a lively carb. Low bitterness, very very light session ipa. It's OK, but could use a bit more pump choice. The finish is dry, and bland really. Meh.
