Can, mail order from the brewery. A local product beer made with Kanagawa brown rice, aiming to make it crisp and light for the summertime. Medium golden, bright and clear, with a tall head. Nose is grainy, malt, lemony hops, fruity esters. Light biscuits, not at all thin. Crisp, clean, bready, nice hop presence gives a very even, balanced flavor. Somewhat kolsch-like, with lemony, herbal hops. Crushable body and drying finish makes me wish I had more.

Can from the brewery. Bright cranberry tartness in the nose, some crackery malt. Not hugely juicy, but subtle, spicy, cranberry and raspberry notes, slightly herbal. Pretty red-pink-orange. Creamy lactic flavor, not huge, light tartness, lemon, cranberry, with a drying, slightly tannic finish. Nice stuff.

Easy going for strength. Nice chocolate and light roastiness. Little bit of sweetness. Get the coconut and the toastiness. Dangerously drinkable.

Nice stuff. Citrus heavy. Very drinkable. Touch of dankness at the end. Second time round there’s a bit more resinous dankness. Still great stuff.

Dank and hoppy. Got that onion and garlic hop thing. Can’t remember which one it is that I always think tastes a bit of garlic. Nice though, but I don’t think I could drink it all night.

Medium straw color. Banana creampie, lime and citrus notes in the nose with crackery malt character. Medium full bodied Modest bitterness. As always, hops shine through. Not as amazing as some of the previous IPAs, but still very good.

Can from the brewery. Roasty malts, dark chocolate, coffee, savory soy notes, toasted coconut, vanilla, berries. Nice. Pitch black wth a thick tan head. Sweet, chocolate, light licorice, cafe au lait, molasses, coconut. Sweet, a bit thick, but not crazily so. Finish is prickly, slightly bitter, roasty.

pale straw color. Amazing nose of lychees, lime and mangos. The nose is really great. Super smooth, light palate with nice off dryness and biting bitterness that lasts forever with nice fruity notes. Fantastic take on the style.

Medium straw color with chalky white head. Nice biscuity malt nose with orange and lemon notes. Clean palate, medium body, medium bitterness, malt forward. Nice buscuity finish. Not overly exciting, but I didnt expect that for the style, but very nice take on the style.

TDM 1874 IPA #15 7% Great prickly pear tropical aroma. Fairly full bodied with a somewhat slick mouthfeel. The taste is prickly pear, guava and pine resin. Perfectly balanced and eminently drinkable. Another winner.
