Bottle, 5.5%. Good milk chocolate aroma. Clear very dark brown colour. Big stable creamy light brown head. The flavour is roasted and slightly salty with a hint of acid and a little cocoa powder. Roasted coffee finish and aftertaste.

Bottle at Our Mom Eugenia - Mosaic District. Actually pretty decent, nice and crisp. Clean and easy to drink, light grain. Had never had anything from this brewery before and saw it on a menu at a Greek restaurant, which was a nice departure from Mythos and the like.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly strawy, minimally grainy, pale malty and rather plain, hoppy aroma, a minimally mineral touch. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy, bready and spicy, pale malty, moderately bitter and minimally grassy hoppy, a mineral touch.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very clean, nice mouthfeel - not bad.
