Old rating - Review from 29/09/2014. I found this is a cafe in Halki, a small village in the centre of Naxos. After a long walk it was a nice surprise and went down very well. Pours a amber colour with a white head. Aromas of toffee & grains. Tastes of fruit with a dry malty bitterness.

Bottle, 4.5%. Malty and roasted aroma. Clear dark amber colour, or light chestnut. Small whitish head. The flavour is malty and nicely roasted with a mild hoppy note. Medium bitterness. Good for the style and ABV.

Bottle, 4.60%. Mild malty aroma. Clear shiny pale golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is grainy and dusty with a mild malt note and a subtle floral hoppiness. Slightly rough but clean bitterness.
