75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange (amber? - no way) and with a slowly collapsing white head. Spiced and light citric yeast aroma. Flavour is light orange to berry fruity and mild yeasty, shows a light spice note to a mild citric base. Could be slightly infected, then again - I was warned about a strange yeast used. Ends with a mild fruity yeast lingering finish. Certainly strange but also drinkable.

75 cL bottle, there is a cow on the red label - why? Pours hazy deep orange with a slight off-white head. Aroma is mild yeasty and malty. Flavour is light metallic to a distinct dry malt base. Holds a light dry breadish note. Ends light fruity yeasty with a mild bitterness just lurking through. Decent to good brew.

75 cL bottle. Pours semi-explosive with a hazy orange colour, small yeast floating elements and a slowly collapsing white head. Orange fruit and yeasty aroma. Flavour is light malty with a solid orange fruity flavour. Light yeasty note in addition to this. Ends the same way to a citric lingering flaour. Nice and thirst quencing.

75 cL bottle, comes as esquelbécoise, 5.5%. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is barnyard, light mouldy yet also flowery. Medium acidic dry wheat flavour base, holds a light citric note and a mild yeasty note too. Ends with a light citric flavour and somewhat spiced/flowery (not floral - but spiced flowery). Nice biere de garde.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a fizzy light tan head. Ginger spiced aroma, has another spice I cannot pinpoint, but it smoothens the ginger with a liqourice like note. Flavour is spiced with a mix of ginger and liqourice. Light acidic to citric touch in the finish, not sure if this is a mild infection or intentional. But overall a unique and nice experience.

Bottle: Poured a clear light reddish color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma of lightly sour notes with some oak notes. Taste is also a light mix between some oak and some sourness with some light vinous notes. Body is average for the style with some good carbonation. This beer really reminded me of the Classic Rodenbach and would be perfect for a hot summer day.

Bottle: Poured a dirty beige color ale with an average foamy head with some average retention and no lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some typical Belgian malt. Taste is a mix between some tart notes and some lightly sweet Belgian malt. Full body with lots of lees and some average carbonation. Not bad but nothing standing out of the ordinary.

Dark ruby brown colour, with a big and lasting off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma, with notes of bubblegum, cherry and wood. Dry and wooden flavour with a hint of pine.

Bottle @ thewolf-and-his-flock-of-sheep tasting session. A French brew?? Hazy brown color, short head. Aroma of malt, oak. Almost like beween an imperial stout and belgian double. Sweetish taste, hint of vanilla? Oak. I missed the real sourness a bit, but very nice.
