We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

Bottle from Tilquin English Beer Fest. 5 December 2018. Bottled: 27/3/18; best before: 27/9/18. Slightly expired, too bad. Pours hazy golden with a lasting, small, foamy, off-white head; little lacing. Aroma of pine needle, spruce, pear, grapefruit juice, orange peel, mango, bready malt, cheese. Taste is light fruity sweet, some mango & pear on a bready and even caramelly malty base, cheesy note too; light to medium hoppy bitterness brings piney & earthy tones, faint orange peel & sourishness. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, lingering ripe fruit & bready malt. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Very smooth, easy drinker, nice.

Bottle from Tilquin English Beer Fest. 5 December 2018. Bottled: 28/3/18; best before: 28/9/18. Slightly expired, too bad. Pours hazy yellow with a huge, slowly collapsing, frothy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of lime juice, unripe mandarin, lemon zest, pineapple, peach, stonefruit, resin. Taste is light fruity sweet, balancing yellow fruit like peach & pinapple; sourish edge of lime & lemon under a firm medium hoppy bitterness with mango, grapefruit peel & stonefruit, a bit piney. Dryish, piney, almost resinous hoppy finish, lingering bitter fruit, sourish lime in the back. Light to medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Impressive at this ABV, very flavourful.
