Draught @ CBC ’12
Aroma has vanilla, some mocha coffee and hints of cocoa. Flavour is sweetish with vanilla and mocha. Dry finish with some alcohol. Becomes spicy at the middle of the glass, but no chili burning here.

Slightly hazy orange golden colour, massive white head. Aroma of hops, passion fruit, grapefruit and pine resin. Light sweet malty flavour, quite bitter hops. Lasting bitter hop finish, grapefruit, pine and tropical fruit.
Huge hops aroma while still managing to be quite balanced.

Bottle. Pours midnight brown with off white head. Nose/taste of vanilla beans, spiced cocoa, caramel, dark fruit, raisin and wood chips. Sweet mouth feel finishes with dry spices. Odd, but gets a bit smoother/more balanced as it warms. Medium body.
