Slightly hazy pale gold beer. Suddy white head. Sulphur on the nose (is this common with Amarillo hops?) Light dry palate. Some floral notes. Light fresh citrus hops but a little weak in flavour. Finishes very dry with a pinch of spice. Needs to be less dry and a bit more ooomph!

@ Bree Louise. Gold, flat. Hoppy, citric character. Pretty simple beer, but the hop character is fun - straddling the line between English and American. Refreshing.

Clear dark brown beer. Light suddy tan head. Light dry palate. Tea like malt and a little bit of fruit. Fresh tasting beer but too dry.

Cask (handpump) @ Old Fountain, 3 Baldwin Street, London, Greater London England EC1V 9NU.Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, english licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, licoruce, english licorice, dark malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100730]

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours unclear yellow with a off white head. Nose is citrus and wheat. Dry and hoppy flavor with notes of rubber. Medium to thin palate.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, citrus notes. 15th July 2010. Chelmsford Beer Festival. Hazy gold beer. Residual suddy head. Light hop nose. Fairly dry palate, crisp. Light tart hops - grapefruit mostly with a dash of sweet orange. A trace of honey before the finish and a lingering bitter aftertaste. Nice.

Cask at the Jolly Butchers, London on 14th August 2010. Clear gold with white meniscus foamhead that quickly falls to a ring. Grapefruit and floral aromas; grapefruit and grassy touches in main kick and a citric hoppy finish of moderate duration. Smooth to light mouthfeel.
