Happy to kick this one off! A solid frothy white head with sustained lacing over a very clear straw body. The nose punches above its weight, featuring fresh pine resin, grapefruit rind and sweet bread malt. The taste is slightly softer than the nose, but still has a nice juicy hop profile. Pine resin and juicy tropical fruit accents blend well with the slightly caramel malt. Hints of soapiness and pepper liven up the finish. A well crafted limited edition west coaster.

A nice return to the world of DIPAs for Beyond the Pale. A honey/straw body with a well laced white head. Typically fresh tastes led by juicy and gripping hops on a solid, slightly chewy malt base. Grapefruit, grapefruit rind, lemon, melon and orange all make an appearance on the hop profile. Moderate sweetness and a touch of soap complete the balance. Really nice.

A deep mahogany body with a thin but well laced white head. The nose has roasted malt with some fruit and a touch of pepper. Lots of engaging taste in this ESB. Caramel, roasted malt, hazelnuts with some dark fruit and grain. Doesn’t fall into the ESB sweetness trap. A good solid body with medium carbonation.

Stupendously fresh and juicy summer pale ale! A well laced white head sits on a straw coloured body. The nose is pungent and juicy, with grapefruit, fruit rind, a touch of lemon and sweet malt. The character revealed in the nose continues into the taste profile - fresh, punchy and juicy grapefruit, kiwi, orange and lemon elements from the classic American fruity hops. The sweet bready malt and medium carbonation frame the hops really nicely. A real piece of craft.

A full fluffy white head on a clear amber/gold body. The nose is moderate, with some yeast, soft malt, pepper and some citrus. Nice hoppy imperial farmhouse. Belgian yeast with some spice and pepper support some grapefruit, lemon and orange hoppiness from the centennial and citra hops. A solid medium body and a solid dryness to the finish round out a refreshing offering.

A cloudy, blonde body colour topped by a pillowy white head. A bit fresh grapefruit and tropical fruit nose. The taste profile is stupendous for a summer IPA. Fresh and juicy pineapple, grapefruit and melon elements include a hefty hoppiness underneath. Very appropriate soft sweet malt supporting that. Both challenging and refreshing!

A full and pillowy off-white head on an unfiltered dark redish/brown body. Nose features piney hops with some biscuit malt. Very fresh and juicy hops lead the taste profile, with pine resin, grapefruit and a late touch of kiwi. Underpinned by biscuit malt and a hint of caramel. A solid medium body and medium carbonation add to a really nice winter IPA.

This is a winner, with more complexity than many brews coming out of Beyond the Pale recently. The Nose is mild chocolate and spice. A fluffiy tan head with solid lacing tops a deep brown body. The taste profile has several levels - initial chocolate tempered by rye spice; roasted malt and a touch of butter; and mild coffee with some nuttiness. Smooth and balanced.

Another pale ale with a hop punch. An appealing grapefruit and biscuit malt nose and a thick, fluffy white head. The taste profile is really hop dominated for a pale ale, but no complaints here. Grapefruit, a touch of spice and pepper, some juicy tropical elements, a touch of soap and bready malt. Very fresh and refreshing and lots of taste and body for 5.2% ABV. Well done.

A fluffy white head with solid lacing on a light amber body. The nose is hop led with grapefruit, kiwi, a little booze and bready malt. The taste is a nice blend of hops, including kiwi and other tropical fruit, orange rind, and citrus hops. Supported by bready malt with a touch of brown sugar. The finish is citrus and rind, but not out of balance.
