Nice roasty Imperial stout, with dark coffee, and hints of soy. The hot peppers are hard to find, there are hints if green pepper, a hit of raw veggies, with a sharp herbal note. But there is no heat. Medium bitter, roast, soy finish.

Hazy yellow, huge white head. Perfect saison aroma, light funk, sharp citrus, herbal peppery and very bitter. Light, dry, crisp mouth feel. High bitterness medicinal, bitter, herbal and sharp. Amazingly crushable.

Jet black, but not oily, with a medium brown head. Light body for the style, solid carb. Soy, and cocoa powder up front with some hints of burnt espresso. Medium to highly bitter, cocoa, and coffee round it out with hints of soy and licorice that hang on at the end.

Can. Huge tropical fruit nites, every citrus under the sun. Mouth feel is great, carb is creamy. Low to medium bitterness, juicy, green hop cones, melon, stone fruit. Excellent.

Cloudy brown pour with a large off white head. Aroma is pine forward, quite hoppy, with a slightly roasted brown sugar. Mouth feel is solid and the carb is perfect. Medium to high bitterness, very pithy, light citrus, lots of malty, bready pine.

Growler from the brewery. Dark brown pour, with a light brown head. Aroma is very nutty, loads of butterscotch and boozy bread. Sticky mouthfeel, soft carb. Finish is lightly bitter, loads of sticky, boozy malts, caramels, and lightly burnt brown sugar. Very sweet, slightly boozy and nutty, and quite sticky.

Growler from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, big white head. Aroma is grapefruit, loads and loads of grapefruit. Light mouth feel, lovely carb. Strong citrus zest and oils, and really not much else. Very nice, but very one dimensional, and quite light, lacks a bit of balance and some malts. Easy drinking, and a hop home, but lacks balance and depth.
