A new batch for a new year! A nose of fresh grapefruit and malt. A fluffy white head with ample lacing on a translucent yellow/amber body. This is another strong IPA from Beyond the Pale. Tropical and citrus fruit up front with a touch of grapefruit rind giving it extra grip. Nice biscuit malt, a splash of orange, some soapiness, and a touch of pepper add to a very fresh, juicy and invigorating IPA.

Lines up nicely with the brewery promo bumph! Go figure. A golden body with a thin off-white head with good lacing. The nose is zesty citrus hops with bready malt. A very refreshing and punchy IPA. Taste leads with fresh citrus hops, with strong lemon and orange elements. The sweet bready malt sets the table nicely and the above average effervescence helps add to the zesty effect. Finishes with a nice dry, bitterness. Really nice.

A dense light tan head on a murky golden body. Nose is of fresh citrus fruit and bread. A solid grapefruit and orange rind hoppiness leads the way in the taste profile, supported by soft bready malt, some soapiness and a touch of pepper. A nice dense, rich body and solid effervescence add to the taste experience.

A very gentle and easy drinking Belgian ale. The nose is citrus and buscuity malt with a hint of brown sugar. The taste profile is easy drinking, with citrus and floral hops, punchy fruitiness, and smooth soft caramel malt. There is a hint of Belgian yeast, which manifests itself as understated banana. The body is medium with a touch of richness in the extended taste.

A light straw coloured body covered by a full, pillowy head. The nose is a pungent mixture of tropical fruit, grapefruit and banana. The taste profile is very refreshing, combining popping fruit tastes with a dry touch of yeast and spice. Again, tropical elements, grapefruit and pineapple lead the way with hints of yeast, rye, orange and soft malts. Juicy and fresh while staying well balanced. One of their best

A light straw-coloured body topped by a fluffy, full white head. Feast your olfactories on this bouquet! Zesty, popping grapefruit with a touch of yeast and bready malt really set this beer up well. The taste leads with pink grapefruit, bready malt, moderate citrus hops and a nice touch of sweetness and yeast. The sweetness is not cloying, partially assisted by a building tartness . A substantial and tasty take on the wheat beer!

A soft, fresh nose of floral hops. Light tan body with a pure white head. A light, fresh floral hoppiness is the dominant feature of this wet hopped Harvest Ale. Very much like an understated IPA. Sweet bready malt was a great choice to underscore the hop profile. My half growler was from the first of two batches produced so far of Drink me Know. Generally speaking, the second batch had a more pronounced and aggressive hop profile. Both quite tasty, but quite different.

A very light slightly hazy yellow colour topped by a frothy white head with extensive lacing. Like may BTP IPAs, the nose is popping fresh, this time featuring orange, pine and citrus notes. The freshness and distinctiveness of the nose extends to the taste profile. There is a distinctly knarly edge to the hop profile featuring tropical fruit including kiwi and mango; citrus; resin; and orange. An appropriate sweet bready malt backbone and solid effervescence add to the taste experience. Very nice

A nice marriage of Belgian yeast, sweet malts and fruity hops. The yeast is nicely understated and the malts have a very pleasant but not cloying brown sugar sweetness. Just enough hops to keep the mouth engaged. Very Tasty!

a near black body is covered by a fluffy tan head with solid lacing. Nose is coffee forward with some chocolate and malt. There is a solid balance in the taste profile with slightly bitter coffee, subdued sweetness, some semi-sweet chocolate and malt with a nice hint of caramel. A solid body, relatively high carbonation and an additional creamy element in the aftertaste round out a very nice 5.8% ABV stout.
