Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of strong bourbon notes with woody notes and dry roasted malt notes also noticeable. Taste is also dominated by strong bourbon notes with some woody notes and dry roasted malt with light cacao notes. Body is full enough with good carbonation and light warming alcohol notes. Barrel-aging notes are more than dominant and kind of veered close to astringency territory.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color ale with a medium size brown color head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of bourbon and vanilla notes are quite dominant with some light dry roasted malt notes also noticeable. Taste is a dry with some woody notes with bourbon and vanilla clearly identifiable. Body is about average with good carbonation. I enjoyed the fact that barrel-aging was prominent while keeping some balance with the based beer. Also, it does taste like an imperial stout even though it is clocking well below on the ABV.

Growler: Poured a clear chestnut color ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of dry caramel malt is tad too dry for my own taste. Taste is a mix of dry caramel malt with light hoppy notes with again a dry finish. Light grainy notes are also noticeable. Not sure it is a bitter per style guideline and not sure I totally enjoy this enough to order again.

Growler: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light hay notes. Taste is also dominated by clean cereal notes, light residual sugar notes with light hay and fruity ester notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but I think the yeast signature could be more pronounced or maybe a bit more peppery.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out rustic farmhouse notes as barely any wine. Flavour reveals notes of rustic notes, light wine and spiciness. Not the most complex. Meh.

Growler - Grapefruit, nectarine and a nice fruity sweetness. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Huge pithy bitterness, leafy hope and refine. Pretty decent.
