Grainy, minimally biscuity, pale malty aroma, a touch of corn, hoppy overtones with very light citrusy and grassy flavours. Taste is slightly bitter, grassy, minimally citrusy hoppy, slightly biscuity, pale malty basis with subtle residual sweetness, minimally diluted hints of lemongrass, light mineral tartness. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, very fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, clean, fine, simple - not bad.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber-ish, chestnut colour with huge, creamy, slowly osteoporosing but permanently replenished, minimally lacing, beige head. Minimally toasty and bready, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of baked banana, banana, some pear, clove, a touch of dark honey. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally toasty and nutty, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly dry, leafy hoppy, slightly diluted hints of banana, baked banana, a touch of pear. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, lively carbonation. Nice composition, especially in the nose, sadly rather watery - not bad.

Sweet-ish, slightly bready and biscuity, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of pear, banana, baked banana, a touch of honey. Taste is slightly bready and biscuity, wheaty malty as well as yeasty fruity, minimally diluted notes of banana, dried banana, banana leaves, a touch of pear. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to coarse, lively carbonation. Nice fruity flavours, slightly overcarbonated and a bit watery - OK.

Optisch dunkelbraun, feine Schaumlinie. In der Nase malzig, Honig, Karamell. Im Trunk erdig, Malz, Karamell, Lakritz, leicht alkoholisch, schöner Absacker.

Dunkelorange Farbe. Dunkelmalzig, leicht schokoladig, leicht fruchtig, ein Hauch von alkoholigem Likör. Ganz, ganz minimal röstig. Eher auf der süßen Seite. Substanz über Medium. Zu viel Kohlensäure, die Hälfte hätte es auch getan.

In der Nase spielt die Hefe noch eine große Rolle, geschmacklich eher nicht so sehr. Gekochte Früchte, Getreide, ein Hauch trockener Sekt, ein Anflug von Balsamico. Substanz sogar mehr, als die 5,4 % Alk. bereits erahnen ließen.
