750 with a clamped cork from Oak Tree. Pours hazy gold with a 3 finger foamy off-white head. Aromas of light malt, honey?, and light stone fruits and citrus, wih something spicey/grassy. Med body. Flavor is lightly woody, with pale fruits and some floral hop. Just a touch of herb/grass. Definitely on the dry side, nicely floral, a little kandi on the sidelines, and some pleasant, likely noble type, hop. Finishes bitterish, but pretty well balanced with kandi/honey coming back. Mouthsmacking.

Clamped 750 from Oak Tree. Red? Pours hazy dark amber/brown with a 3 finger creamy beige head. Nice aromas of fruit and spice - almost a touch of cherry. Near full body. Strong carbonation. It’s fruit and spice and everything nice. It seems very balanced. Finishes with fruit and bitter. It has no special super taste aspect, just very nice ale. Excellent.

draft: very dominant spices especially in the aftertaste coupled with caramel & malt, body is kind of thin, it is not a bad session beer which is what it is mostly for ////// I have had this one many times, didn’t take any notes but basically the idea behind this beer is that you pay max 0.20 € more in a bar than you would pay for a crappy pale lager. You get a basic but actually half-way decent beer. Taste is low, caramel, light herbs, biscuit, it is slightly watery. Nothing special but it is decent & not expensive. It is a bit more DE than BE almost. I have never had a bottle of this & doubt that I ever will since I absolutely don’t see the point of doing so. 3.2 -> 3.5 /////////////////// Tried again. Draft, light, heavy on biscuit, sweet, sugar, light, faintly metallic. Almost something British to it. Not stellar but still cannot beat it for the price. Keeping score.

bottle@home: very simple & straightforward, floral, citric, plenty of spices, some fruit with a slight bitter hop finish, there is a certain white sugar sweetness to it, overall it is simply but agreeable, not a bad effort

Clear amber to copper red beer, white small but creamy head, adhesive and somewhat stable. Aroma: caramel, some dried fruits. MF: soft carbon, light body, bit watery texture. Taste: bit of caramel, spices, hop bitter. Aftertaste: some hops, citrus notes.

Bottle at Cafe Ernesto in Leuven. Reddish dark amber body. Fruity sweet malty nose, maybe chalky. Emptyish sweetish light fruity taste, chalky in the finish. Not special but ok, especially when it’s cheaper than the others and the others are crap pale lagers.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, fruit, and yeast. The flavor is very sweet with notes of spices and fruit on a malty background, leading to a yeasty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is light phenolic and dry caramelish. Dry phenolic and slight spiced. Light sweetness and caramelish. Bitter and dry, slight fruity finish.
