Rosée, sur un col également rosé - teneur venant de la betterave rouge?
Arôme au nez marqué par le gingembre avec un léger rétro-nasal herbacé-botanique rappelant le thym et romarin. Betterave est subtile mais présente.
Palais est gingembre, pointe épicée, hibiscus avec un effet bissap africain, sauge et romarin, effervescence faible, effet pétale de rose, cerise aigre. Betterave rouge perce en fin de bouche, note épaisse avec un léger sucre résiduel végétal.

Tap at Borefts 2014. Pours deep dark hazy red with a thin white head. Aromas of tart blueberries, some yeast. Taste is tart blueberries up front, slight tight raspberry-notes, pretty yeasty and short-lasting taste in general. Meh.

Pours black with a medium light brown head. Aromas of hops, coffee roast, slight smoke, malt. Taste is pretty roasted up front alongside with some grassy hops. Pretty strong caramel taste with some citrus and some orange peel.

Tap at Borefts 2014. Pours black with no head at all. Looks like a cola. Aromas of raspberries, slight roast, coffee and licorice. Taste is pretty raspberry up front, once again slight roast and licorice coming through. No carbonation at all. Dry roasted bittersweet berry finish.
