Bottle from eebria shared with Stuu666. Pours clear dark brown with a thin off-white head. Aromas of light chocolate, faint roast. Taste is more of the same. Much more of a stout than a black ipa. Quite thin. Bitterness comes through at the end, finally.

F: thin, mostly many bubbles, quick disappear to thin film. C: dark, with red tones against the light, opaque. A: raspberries, raspberries jam, light smoke, coffee, chocolate, plums, roasted malt. T: raspberries and then typical stout but yes raspberries dominate, hint of smoke, chocolate, fruits, coffee, interesting connection, good balanced, medium to full body, low carbonation, not a typical IS at all but worth to try, 0,33l bottle from La Cave à Bulles in Paris.
