330 ml bottle from La chope de lug, Lyon. Dark brown to black color with beige head. Roasted malty aroma, chocolate, milk chocolate, light coffee, light smoked notes, some hoppy notes, herbal, grassy. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.

330 ml bottle from La chope de lug, Lyon. Unclear golden orange color with off white head. Malty aroma, lots of coffee, herbal, vegetables - potato?! Light sweet and light bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. Very good for this style!

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. En trevlig dubbel-IPA med fina fruktiga smaker av grapefrukt, tropisk frukt, tutti-fruttigodis, humle och tallskott. Fin sötma, bra balans, beska med smak av grapefrukt och tallskott.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings franska ölfestival. Smak och doft av kaffe, choklad, rostade toner, espresso med toner av körsbär. Fruktig, stor lagom sötma, komplex, bra balans, mörkt och smarrigt. Fin syrlighet. Mycket gott!

Bottle at home bought from a bottle shop in Lausanne Switzerland. Black / dark brown with reddy hues coloured pour with a big rocky light cream head. Aroma is initially pretty juicy tropical fruits, with melon and peach, with hints of singed pine and some dry roast, Flavour is composed of toasted nutty malts, dry roast, fruity peach melba, mango hop, little pine, dry roast finish with a little charred earth. Palate is a little bitty, dry, highish carbonation. Packs in good flavour for 3.5%. In fact i can scarcely believe it is 3.5%. Can we have a session BIPA category please?

Draught @ [ 888 Winter Camp French Craft Beer Festival ] - Malmö Brewing Co, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 214 22. [ As Mont Salève Imperial Berliner Stout ].Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, tart, fruity, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, tart, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Hides ABV very well ... [20160123]

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a hazy straw colour with an attractive perfect fluffy head. Aroma is floral perfume, some citrus, peach. Taste is peach, floral perfume, fabulous and so drinkable, this went down in less than 10 minutes. Probably the best French IPA to date

Draft @ ML Fontainas. Dorée trouble, col épais blanc. Arôme est fort plaisant, note houblonnée très bien restitué avec un agréable bouquet tropical, amplement bien fruité. Palais est houblonné mais sur une fin mettant en avant un peu plus l’accent sur le malté - grains. Fruité d’agrumes, pamplemousse, pêche, creamsickle, amertume persistante sur un léger herbacé-foin. Petite note épice rappelant le poivre blanc.
