Clean and very refreshing Wheat Triple. The nose features citrus zest punched up by the exploding effervescence, sweet bready malt and a touch of peach. A very active, puffy white head tops a light straw body. Light Belgian yeast, citrus, peach, wheat, sweet malt and light cloves are well blended. The wheat helps keep it clean and light. No sign of the booze.

A big active white head on an orange/straw body. The nose leads with citrus and bready malt, with a hint of grapes and nose tingling effervescence. A well blended, well crafted Tripel. Banana esters, lemon, orange, cloves and candied fruit are well blended lead elements. Green apples, grapes, a touch of honey, and bready sweet malt round out a beautiful blend. Fine and explosive effervescence adds to the taste experience, as with great Belgian beers.

Nose features banana, cloves, caramel malt and dark berries. A frothy off white head on a dense mud brown body (I mean that in a good way). A well balanced taste profile features dates, cloves and cinnamon, caramel malt, dark berries, yeast and apples. Great balance, lively carbonation and solid medium body and texture.

A massive pillowy off-white head, well laced, over a translucent orange/amber body. The nose features Belgian yeast (banana and bubblegum), malt and brown sugar. A beautifully blended begian double, feature classic tastes of brown sugar, roasted malt, caramel, dark berries and dried fruit. Belgian yeast is central to the mix. Nutmeg and other spices and a backdrop of floral hops contribute to a great taste experience.

Mildly hazed, golden-yellow colour with a big, frothy-foamy white head, good retention and nice creamy-foamy lacing. Getting your typical Unibroue Belgian yeast giving spicy, peppery and sugary notes, but some decent herbal hops do blend well with it. Hints of apples, pear do come out with time. A milder mouthfeel, as 5.5% ABV, that is wet and slightly drying in the end. A tad piney flavours balanced with the citrusy zest, light grassiness of the hops and hints of the Belgian yeast. A pretty good, lighter Belgian-style IPA (more Pale Ale) that goes down well, and mixes well the Belgian spicy yeast and grassier-drying hops.

355mL can. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Bready malts, raisins, and some other dried fruits on the nose. Flavour has bready malts, dry brown sugar, raisins and other dried fruit. Pretty solid dark strong, but not really measuring up to proper Belgian stuff.

355mL can. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Bright and spicy saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has a nice saison yeast profile, moderately dry, grainy malts. Solid grisette.
