Can from the LCBO. Hazy medium amber with a lingering, foamy, white cap that leaves spotty lace. Nose is pineapple, stone fruit, honey with some floral notes. Light fruity sweetness with a medium pineapple and citrus peel bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish,

355mL can, courtesy of Oakes (thanks man), pours a cloudy pale golden with a large white head. Nose has some spicy saison yeast, light esters, a touch of clove, even some banana. Flavour has plenty of spicy, peppery saison yeast, some phenolic notes, hay, and bready malt. The low-level phenols I could do without. Finishes dry, peppery, and hay-like. I’m not a big fan of this one.

355mL can, courtesy of Oakes (thank you!), pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a large beige head with long retention. Aroma has that signature spicy Unibroue yeast, with bready malt, a touch of caramel, and red berries. Flavour is quite muted, with plenty of bready malt, some spicy yeastiness, and washed out earthiness. I don’t get the connection to Maudite, and there's not much complexity here. Drinkable, but pretty weak stuff.

A very slightly hazed, bright-light golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent stay for a Gose, and leaving some creamyish lacing. Good, fresh lemon aromas with a nutty-spicy touch, the coriander and grapefruit juices. Some nice sourness in the taste with the lemon notes, mild coriander, saltiness and the grapefruit peel. Hints of tart are left on the tongue, but not much for the style. Quite a refreshing lemon Gose all-around.

Draught. Pours a mild gold. The apples is palpable. Not that remarkable otherwise, really.

Draught in montreal. Pours whitish gold with largey head. Taste is citrus and some sweetness, actually pretty good for a white, less acidic than usual.
