Damn, shockingly this stuff was absolutely great. Pours a nice gold w/medium white head. Fruity but easy flaover, man a great ale in all seriousness.

Poured from 355mL can (thanks fiulijn). Hazy yellow gold with white head. Estery Belgian yeast with underlying spices. Decently full flavour despite the lower abv (compared to La Fringante).

Ruddy colour. Bit murky. Medium head. Different yeast character from the usual Unibroue. Soft, sweet, lightly caramelly malts. Gentle esters, lightish body. I don't get Maudite vibes from this but it's not too bad.

Hazy and pale with a medium head. The aroma is bright, mixing gooseberries, Unibroue yeast, orangey hop accents and black pepper. The body isn't too light. It's got a peppery note, pale malts in the middle, and some yeastiness towards the finish, that picks up a slight bit of phenol. Still, it's pretty good table saison.

Poured from 355mL can (thanks fiulijn). Lightly hazed amber brown with off white head. Unibroue yeast, but quite watery, feint caramel, really bland with very feint spice. Meh. Very shitty version of Maudite.

Old rating from 2007 - 500ml bottle, gift from a friend. Pours a golden with orange hue, white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of apples, citrus, lots of spice & earth hops. Medium body. Medium bitter finish with spices.

Old rating from 2007 - 500ml bottle, gift from a friend. Pours caramel colour with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of plums, chocolate, spices, alcohol, yeast, bread, banana, clove, cinnamon & sage. Medium body. Slight burning & dry finish

Can brought back from quebec by my sister-in-law. Pours a mildly cloudy golden, head reduces to a scattering of soapy bubbles. Nose is bready with mild esters and a touch of apple. Taste is thin hay malt, some banana esters, a solid taste granny smith apple juice that comes of a little chemically, and a vague bitterness at the finish. The took a good beer and mucked it up.

Pours an amber color with a vanilla ice cream colored head. Fantastic pleasant aroma, smells very fruity. Flavor has slight spicy pear taste with just the right amount of malt. Palate has a slight tinge of vanilla. Overall, a great beer. My favorite Canadian beer!
