Bottle from the LCBO. Deep amber pour, with a large off white head. Fruity aroma, biscuit, light cereals, citrus, and herbal. MOuth feel is lively, carb is more of the same. Finish is medium bitter, floral, dry, with the typical unibroue yeasty notes from their house yeast. not bad, not great.

Bottle from the lcbo. Dark brown pour, large beige head. Aroma is malty, sticky sweet and really nice cherry. Very lively mouth feel, good carb. Finish is fruity, typical unibroue yeasty flavour, chewy sweet, brown sugary malts, and more cherry.

Bottle from the lcbo. Cloudy orange pour, with a large white head. Aroma of wheat and strawberry, with hints of tart rhubarb. Thin mouth feel, soft carb. Finish is semi sweet, soft strawberry and wheat finish, no bitterness.

Bottle from the lcbo. Hazy copper pour with a huge off white head. Bready, and typical Unibroue, super yeasty. Loads of fruit, tropical, slightly spicy, a 50/50 mix of la fin du monde and la maudite. Mouthfeel is lively, same for the carb. Finish is medium bitter, more fruit, soft slice, more big yeasty, fruit notes. Boozy, and warming, a couple years would do this some good.

Bottle from the lcbo. Pours a hazy purple, with a medium pink head. Aroma is sweet and yeasty. Notes of blue berry, random berry and some light wheat. Mouth feel is good, carb is good also. Finish is sweet, like fruit juice, yeasty and dry. Not awful, but a little too much like fruit juice.

Very herbal, notes if basil and white pepper, hints of lemon zest and fresh grass. Nice mouth feel, very effervescent. Clean herbal finish, with light yeasty and herbal notes. By far the best novelty beer I’ve had.

Ruby pour, small pink head. Blue berry Aroma with noticeable malted wheat. Good mouth feel, and solid carb. Sweet Blue berry flavour, approaching cloying and artificial, but just falls short of that. Still quite drinkable, the base wheat beer gets a little murky near the end and adds a muddy sweetness and comes through at too much I find and takes away from the fruit. Not bad, but not very refreshing.

Corked and caged 750ml bottle. Hazy golden pour, big, pillowy white head. Aroma is very fruity, some apple, and pear, hints of citrus peel. Very yeasty, and big notes of what I’m guessing is malted wheat. Honestly it tastes of their Blanche de chambly wit with some pear added.

On tap at the beer bistro, and in a 750ml corked and caged bottle from the lcbo. Dark brown, with a ruby hue, and a small off white head, soicy aroma, but very warming. Cinnamon, nutmeh, some cloves, with a rich bready malt base, with some cherries, and dark candied fruit. Soft, but bubbly carb, with a slightly viscous mouth feel. The finish is sweet, but not over powering, a light bitterness, with some more subtle fruitiness, and alot of warming spice. A nice xmas season sipper,

Hazy yellow pour, small white head. Aroma of random berries..... Can’t say it’s distinctly cranberry. Some nice tart fruit aromas and flavours, the fruit isn’t over pouring, or too cloying. The fruit is slightly tart and quite pleasant. It’s clean and crisp. Refreshing and pleasant.
