Pale golden color and a white head (more head than you get in Cologne!). Cereal, grainy, clean, faint hoppy. Lite body. Had this summer at the brewpub in the Glebe. Hazy light golden colour with a white cap. Big malty nose with mild citrus notes. The lemon taste is more present over the malts. Hops add a nice touch in the finish. Nice dryness with the sourness that finishes quickly and yeast tart lingers. A refreshing Radler nicely balanced with lemon juice and beer, and not too juicy.

Had on tap at the brewpub in the Glebe, September 2019. Hazy amber colour with a small beige head and minimal lacing. Beautiful aromas of butterscotch, caramel malts and apple juices in the background. The mouthfeel is lightly dry, thin enough and must get use to some sourness at first. The taste is where the apples shine, from start to finish and feeling natural. Was not sure about this one, but ended up being much nicer than expected. A nice hybrid between beer and cider.

Had mid-March 2019 at the Glebe brewpub. A very slight haze, light golden-amber colour with a small off-white head and mild spots of lace. I really like the aromas in this one. Cereal grains, orange notes, caramel and the spiciness of mild hops. The spiciness continues in the taste without being bitter. All well-blended with the fruitiness of the malts. Lightly dry mouthfeel. Not sure a bock, but a real nice refreshing spicy, kind of soapy (in a good way) beer for welcoming spring.
