[ As Trumans Ben Truman Pale Ale ].Clear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, caramel, riped fruit, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, riped fruit, sweet fruit, pale malt - caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at Pigs Ear 2015 - London. Pours clear orange-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has lightly toasted bread, butter, orange. Light to medium sweet flavour with some butterscotch, light hay, toffee, bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Bready finish with more notes of diacetyl, toffee, slight leafy hops. OK overall.
