This is kind of a hard one to call. The effect of the whiskey Cask on the cider is extremely subtle. I couldn't pick it up in the aroma at all and it is just barely there in the flavor. While I think it would be very easy to overdo it on the other hand it's so slight that it might have been under played as well so here we are. It's good cider.

Keg at the Standing Order. Clear pale golden with a thin white head. Sickly sweet aroma. Strawberry jam taste. Sticky finish. "Real" strawberry? Aye, right.

Tap at BAF 2017. Hazy pale straw with some bubbles. Sweet apple, vanilla, soft whisky, melon, light sugary, pears, a hint of ash and minerals. Medium sweet and a touch of sourness. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Not bad!
