Bottle from the back of the cupboard, which I had forgotten about! I think from Beers of Europe. Pours clear pale yellow with no head. Light dry apple juice aroma. Light sweet taste. Pretty standard gear.

Sample@GBBF2018, London, with the Malmö crew - clear golden yellow pour with small white bubbly head. Prominent dry and slightly tart apple, light acidic, crisp on the palate, wooden accents, apple skin, medium body, tart dry finish.

Bottle. Straw-golden, clear, low foam. Aroma: sourish + sweet apple, clean and fairly refined. Taste: apple, a little bit sour, but more sweet apples, and not too dry, a little metallic, softly.

BAF! 2018. Sample from tap at CiderCider. Somewhat unclear golden with white head. Sweet apples, custardy, wood, vanilla, whiskey grain, rum. Moderate sweet and bitter, about medium dry.
