Description
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.

We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Light haze on this amber beer, good white head. Palate is smooth and soft with fine minerally carbonation. Smooth wheaty malt, creamy and a little dry. Light spice and candy fruit sweetness. Finishes dry and a little bitter. Different.

Light haze on this pale gold beer. Good white head. Palate is light and crispy, semi dry. Light sweet pale malt. Skunky hops. Ripe orange and passion fruit underneath the dominant skunk. Finishes dry. Not that bitter and a bit skunky.

Opaque dark brown beer. Good pale tan head. Palate is slightly dry and and with mild minerally crispness. Good dark malts with a mild roast. Touch of malt cream. Mild tang and a mellow coffee. Light dry finish. Sadly lacking in that classic Dandelion & Burdock flavour, a shame because the concept is great!

Opaque dark brown - black beer with a good tan head. Palate is softish and a little dry. Fine minerally carbonation. Smooth dark malt, dry with touches of coffee and a whisper of dark chocolate. Light tang and light touch of dark fruits. Malty dry finish. If there is tea in here I can’t taste it. Nice porter, if a bit dry.

Opaque black - brown beer with a small tan head. Amazing elderflower cordial nose! Palate is light and crispy, semi dry. Minerals. Light touch of dark malt which carries a touch of roast and a little bittersweet chocolate. Big elderflower dominates. Touch of tangy fruit, well buried. Finishes minerally crisp and semi dry with more elderflower. Very interesting beer, quite unique.

Light haze on this gold beer, decent white head. Palate is softish and sweet. Mild fine carbonation. Very light orange and nice generic fruits blend well with semi sweet floral flavours! Finishes light and airy and turns a little thin, otherwise very nice indeed.

Bottle 330ml.[ Trade by Madmitch76 ]. Clear medium to dark brown colour with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, light to moderate citrus and grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, hoppy, chocolate - vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. I did not pick up any bourbon, other than the chocolate - vanilla. [20131011]
