This porter poured a deep black colour with a very small, almost non-existant head that is tan in colour. To the nose there are scents of roasted malt, coffee, caramel and a little cocoa. First sip smooth and rich with a medium syrupy mouthfeel. Flavours of roasted coffee, caramel and molassass most prodominant. finish is sweet with the roasty flavours lingering.

Bottle at Coopers Highland Pub, Estes Park - 02/06/12. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a tight white head that soon dissipates. Sugary raspberry aroma on the nose allied to wheat and a little pale malt. Teast follows, no real stregth in depth, a little aspartame in the flavour. Light bodied, average carbonation, sweet finish. I’ve rated this beer in the context of it being 90 outside and I wanted refreshment, it did the job! If I stumbled across this in a bar in November I doubt it would rate as highly!

This lager poured a clear and flat looking with no head at all other than a soapy rim. Scents include apple juice, corn, citrus and a very light hop scent. First sip was very watery and thin on the palate with faint hop flavours and almost like a watered down apple/pineapple juice flavour. To weak to like.

This pale ale poured a clear amber colour with a white, quickly dissipating head. To the nose there are scents of hops, corn, metal and grassy hops. First taste was slightly watery with flavours of corn, spice?, grassy hops and bread? Finish was lighgtly hoppy with corn and hop lingering. Better than I thought it would be.
