Lyme Regis Brewery
Microbrewery
in Lyme Regis,
Dorset,
England 🏴
Associated Venue: Lyme Regis Brewery and Taproom
Established in 2010
Over the past decade, the brewery crafted a selection of fine ales which were available in cask and bottle throughout the region. The small brewery in the Malthouse at the Town Mill was moved to a larger production facility just outside of Lyme Regis to enable greater production.
In late 2014 the brewery was rebranded as Lyme Regis Brewery in an effort to grow the business and make the brand more synonymous with the Jurassic Coast.
Despite the hard work of the team who established the brewery, a decision was taken to pass on the ownership in the Autumn of 2018 due to poor sales. When four local mates heard of the opportunity, they decided to step in and take the helm.
Wes, Adam, Elliott and Dan took over running of the brewery on 1st December 2018, saving it from closure with a new vision and direction for what the brewery could be.

Bottle from Ammonite Fine Foods, Lyme Regis. Clear gold beer, small white head. Light and semi dry palate, mild fine carbonation. Clean pale malts. Mild floral bitterness. Touch of tangerine. Citric peel bitterness joins the floral bitterness and they both get stronger. Semi dry finish. Medium bitter linger. Not bad.
