Bottle at CBJ tasting, thanks to Wingman. Clear deep amber brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth airy palate, modest fine carbonation. Soft mellow dark malts, a decent mild chocolate vibe. Light vanilla. Light fruity bourbon, just a pleasant light sprinkle. Nice.

0,5l waxed bottle at home. black color, small coffee colored head. Smells bourbon, whisky, wood, soy sauce, spices, marzipan, cinnamon, very nice smell.. Full body, light carbonation. Tastes bourbon, vanilla, whisky, oak, spices, marzipan, nutty, walnuts, cookie dough. Finishes lightly boozy and lightly roasty with notes of spices, whisky and oak notes. very nice one, lovely complex barrel notes, this is great.

Sweet and roasted dark malty with notes of chocolate, some molasses going into some honey sweetness, bourbon rearing up, sweet dark malty finish. Lovely.
