Beautiful beer from this series. The 2024 is fantastic. Slightly sweet, smooth with rich chocolate and married well with slight vanilla booze. Great beer.

Can shared at a tasting. Jet black pour, beige head. Nose is dark chocolate, cocoa powder, warming booze, light dried fruity touch. Taste is pretty simple yet tasty chocolatey boozy sweetness with some molasses. Sometimes less is truly more. Creamy, silky body, soft carbonation. Not super complex, but nice and round.

Bottle from Elliot and Patti, thanks a lot guys! Thicc oily, jet black pour, beige head. nose is big vanilla, booze, chocolate. Taste is beautiful, sweet bourbon notes, booze, chocolate, some nougat. Not overcomplex, but very well balanced and nicely rounded. Medium to heavy body, but not overwhelmingly, soft carbonation, true sipper. Lovely.

CBJ tasting. Thanks to Wingman for the bottle. Near clear deep amber brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Airy palate mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, a little dark chocolate and dark chocolate fudge. A mild but pleasing honey vibe. Light smooth finish. Simple but very drinkable.

Bottle. Pitch black body with a nice, dense brown head. Strong and amazing aroma with dark roasted malt, dry fruit, caramel, wood, vanilla and warming alcohol. Flavor like aroma, highly balanced, complex, smooth and delicious.
