Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear one, golden in color and with a dense, off-white head of moderate size. Matly, lightly caramel-ish on the nose. Some hoppy fruityness and a faint note of yeast. It’s high on carbonation, but pleasant, dry and full-bodied. Caramel, fruityness, some yeast and a distinct alcoholic touch. Some bitterness towards the end. Although alcoholic, it’s a quite nice beer that I certainly could have with some lunch. 110820

Basically quite tasty, but completely unsurprising. (This beer rating was imported from FB and unfortunately lacks any further comments.)

33 cl bottle, BBE 10.12.11. Rated on 05.02.2011
Started coming out of the bottle very aggressively on my friend’s kitchen table. Aroma has aged fruits, raisins and hints of brown sugar and spices. Flavour has raisins and aged fruits too, and actually this feels a bit like aged barley wine or belgian strong ale. Suprisingly good Bière even though this is definitely not my favourite style.
