Cork and clipped 0.75 litre brown bottle, best before 29th Oct 2010, drank early Jan 2010. Very pale blonde/lager colour with a snow white close small bubbled head. Good lacing was left as the beer sank down the glass. The aroma was a mix of dirty dish cloths, hops, yeast, leather satchels and stale lager. The beer was refreshing and palate cleansing, mildly hoppy at first and then turning a little bitter. It appeared to be like a round bodied lager based beer, which isn’t what it should. Having said that I quite enjoyed the beer!

Total Wine & More, Chantilly 750ml ($9): Pours a really pale golden with a big fluffed head. Aroma has got some yeast, but, as others have noted, there is a weird resemblance shared with a pilsner. This is not to say that it is a bad resemblance, but somehow, they managed to get a highly alcohol ale to taste like a lager. A good amount of mellow hops. Some grassiness. A little bit sweet. Alcohol is generally well covered. Pretty good, but nothing that great.

Bottle thanks to Sarah. Pours a clear amber orange with a grayish head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a combination of bread, grains and light fruits. Flavor is similar with bread and grains up front with a growing light fruit note.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden / copper with a small white head. Aroma of corn, wheat, other artificial sweet flavours and hay. Flavour is sort of a mix between corn syrup and a yeasty wheat beer, starting with the former and finishing with the latter. The aftertaste is quite nice, but the initial adjunct-like flavours aren't pleasing at all. Decent at best.
