(Bottle, 2009 vintage) Golden colour with foamy, off-white head. Lots of sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Fruity, malty nose with apricots, orange, honey, flowers (jasmine, carnation) and a touch of yeast. Fruity, malty taste with notes of bread, honey, orange, apricots and a gentle spicy/floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, mainly dry, but with some sweetness coming through towards the end. Well balanced and tasty. Excellent example of the style. Very nice.

Cloudy yellow. French yeast in the aroma and flavor, which gives a light spice quality as well. Dry malt in the finish.
