Cloudy yellow with a full white head. Aroma of grainy hop. Flavour is full bitter citrus, lemon on a sharp base, lingering finish. Good kick to it.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dal caffè e dal cioccolato. La finezza olfattiva L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno ed articolato. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, crosta di panettone, cioccolato, caffè, nocciola, frutta secca e agrumi.

On tap @L'Elementare (Rome). Ambrata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianco sporca media. Al naso note di malto, terrose, erbacee, fruttate. In bocca è bilanciata, attacco di maltature splendido e chiusura non così amara. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Modena ma non troppo, comunque buonissima!

Bottle. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some coriander, elderberries and mild wheaty tones. Flavour is wheat, some spruce, mild herbal, floral, coriander and a bit citrus too.

Jet black with a full head. Aroma of creamy roast malt. Flavour is liquorice, burnt malt, creamy roast, sweet base on a lingering bitter liquorice finish.
