Bottle at the DC Beer August Share. Poured an oily rusty brown. Flavor was cherries, brandy, and port with a tart finish balancing residual sweetness. A rich and layered barrel-aged sour with boozy depth.

0.75l bottle, shared with Sima & David. Aroma is vinous, citrusy and mild funky. Pours cloudy orange color with thin creamy off-white head and fair lacing. Taste starts tart citrusy and faint woody, follows by vanilla and biscuit with smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Limuoncello…

Bottle shared at the June DCBeer share. Poured a clear garnet-red color. Flavor was smooth and vinous with soft red wine character. Subtle for this brewery.
Sour and heavy with acidic tartness, hints of cherries, vanilla and earthiness. Quite intense.

Lime is heavy, dragon fruit is as light as it ever is because that fruit has basically no taste. Maybe some raspberry, salt. Pours dark copper with ok head and lacing. Tart finish. Bottle at DC Beer tasting.
