Description

Fast disappearing head over hazy orange beer; slight gushing upon opening. Rainwater nose, faint grainy, and oxydized malt notes. Sweet to neutral main taste, slighly old bread flavours, oxydized. And I wonder about the amount of unfermented sugars - a litmus test might be handy? Quite carbonized feel, despite the oxydation and absent head, slick, light to medium bodied. Creamier with the yeast at the end of the bottle. I’m not convinced by this, it could do with some more care.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with big foamy white head. Lively beer. Aroma is fruity and flowery hops along with some fruits, mild spicing and yeast. Flavour is quite much the same along with some yeasty and earthy notes. Has a rather sweet peak in the finish.

Bottled. Hazy nut brown colour with mediumsized and longlasting slightly off-white head. Aroma is yeast, mild grassyness and quite papery. Flavour is yeast, grass and some flowery hops along with some sweet malts. One of the strangest brews I have had in a while.

Very new brewery, according to OPP owner Markku, they opened their brewpub yesterday. Hazy nut brown color. Steady small beige head. Dry aroma, which is like a mix of cardboard and yeast. Interesting flavor: light for Belgian ale, but still decent malt profile. English type of hops, some yeast. Lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with small beige head. Aroma is hay, spices and some slight citrus. Flavour is fruits, hay, yeast and some quite sugary sweetness. Rather "witbier meets bock", or something like that feeling to it. Interesting brew.
