Bottle thx to benzai @ home. Very hazy, muddy amber to brown with a big, creamy, off-white head. Smells malts, slightly roasty, fungus.. There?s not a lot of smell. Tastes spices, herbs, peppery, malts, iron, soapy, sourish, musty, pretty weird.. Lots of carbo, medium body. Drainpour.

Pale blond, white head. Aroma of chewing gum, sweets, yeast. Light bitter flavour, candy, quite sweet.
(From 33cL bottle @ RBBWG II, Wilrijk 2013. Courtesy of Gene, I presume?)

Not entirely sure why this one was opened or from whom but I am guessing that it was Travlr’s (Gene’s) & that it didn’t fit into his suitcase. Thx. Cute fox on the label. 33 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBWG 2013. Pale golden with a white head. Smells sweet, floral, citrus, touch artificial, hay. Taste is bitter, BE yeast, citrus, once again tad artifical, cleaning agent, hay, some sweetness, floral, some bitterness & esters in the back. Medium, light yeasty body. Okay.

Clear pale yellow beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: citrus, lemony, very chemical, nail polish remover, paint, bit grassy, hay. MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: very chemical, paint, unpleasant bitterness, rubber, some citrus, soapy. Aftertaste: bitter, grassy, alcohol coming through (with only 6.5%?), chemical again, something off (rotten?). No, this is not a good beer...

11/XI/2012 - 33cl bottle from Limburgs Bierweekend @ home - BB: 1/VIII/13, bottled: 1/8/12 (2012-1185) Thanks to Erwin for sharing all today's beers!
Clear purple dark brown beer, small but creamy light beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: some caramel, red lace candy, liquorish, chocolate, raisins, dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little sourish start, red berries, citric acidity, some roasted flavours, figs, caramel. Aftertaste: little sourish, hint of mocha, chocolate and caramel, red forest fruits, roasted flavours, more mocha. Very decent beer!
