Bottled. Slightly hazy orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is sweet fruits, mild caramel, some spices and a bit of alcohol. Flavour is fruity, sweet malty, alcohol, some spices, yeast and mild toffeeish notes.

Small if stable off-white head over hazy yellow beer. Spicy nose, bit dry, malty and herbs. Coriander and yellow plum pie. And especially lots of coriander. Good carbonation, bit sticky, decent attenuation. Still meh, coriander overdose. Thanks to Stef!

Milder, säuerlich kräutrig-hopfiger Beginn. Minimal bitter, geringe Würzigkeit, kaum alkoholisch, wenig Volumen. Spritzig kräutriger Mittelteil, die Säure ist gut eingebunden, mittellanger Abgang. Unsoektakulär. 10/8/9/8/6/9

Triple test of the three versions, points are average.
20%: gushing to medium, white head over hazy ochre-orange beer. Good lambic nose, horseblanket, saddle soap, lemon, lime. Sourish taste, lemony, oranges, wheat. There is a sweeter, fleeting, malty/grainy taste, reminiscent of the Tripel. Wheatslickness, good carbonation, already some lipsmacking acidity. A relief compared to the the Tripel with the lambic (already!) in a major role.
30% No gushing, small white head, disappearing, pale copper-coloured. Not mush nose but the lambic, horseblanket, bit of lemon, even oranges. Mild lambic flaovur, faint spiciness, referring to the Tripel, but always mild; unripe fruit. Light body, lipsmacking acidity. Despite the extra 10%, the 20% version had no less lambic character.
40% Slow gushing to medium white head over hazy orange beer. Clear lambic nose, saddlesoap, horseblanket and a tad mineral. Lots of lactic acid. Lambic with a grainy, sweetish extra flavour. Lemon, lemonrind, very gueuze-like. Lipsmacking acidity, wheatslickness, acidthinning. The lambic takes over, not 40, but rather 100 percent. To the benefit of the beer, I must add!
Thanks to Stef!
