Located on Main Street in the historic district of downtown Waterbury, Vermont, our Restaurant is where you come for BBQ, classic cocktails and fresh beer. Our Brewery entrance is just around the corner We offer a Latin inspired menu and rotating Daily Specials . It's also where we brew the beer.

New England Bucket List Trip Beer #123. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown with a thin tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of strong coffee, roasted malt, leather, oats. The taste is coffee, chocolate, dark fruits, oats. Medium bodied, mild lingering roast.

New England Bucket List Trip Beer #122. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a hazy orange with a thin creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of tropical hops, zest, clean pale malt. The taste is orange juice, pith, pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

New England Bucket List Trip Beer #121. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a hazy dark brown with a thin head. Fair head retention. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, earthy hops. The taste is chocolate, roasted malt, herbal and earthy hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering roast.

New England Bucket List Trip Beer #119. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of rich chocolate, vanilla and a roasty finish. The taste is rich chocolate, vanilla and a roasty finish. The taste is roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla, mild nuts, herbal hops. Medium-full bodied, smooth.

New England Bucket List Trip Beer #118. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a hazy lemon with a large creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of wheat, tropical hops. The taste is juicy tropical fruits, citrus and floral notes, wheat. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

New England Bucket List Trip Beer #117. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of tropical, herbal, floral hops, pale malt. The taste is bitter juicy, citrus, tropical hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness. One of the best beers of the trip.

Pitch black 3 finger dark brown head. Light coffee and unsweetened chocolate aroma. Great Java roast taste up front. Vanilla middle and a lingering vanilla finish. The integration of these isn’t great.

Dark orange. Very hazy. 3 finger off white head. Really fruit and pine simcoe nose. Taste is very light. Good yeast presence. Very mild bitterness. Lingering resin and melon and orange peels with nectarine juice.

Very cloudy golden yellow. Nose is light spice, bread dough and yeast. Fruity taste, some fruit esters and peat. Mouthfeel is decent but overall, it’s just a solid saison, nothing incredible.

Pitch black 1 finger head. Fades to a thin line. Big cold roasted coffee aroma with a hint of malted barley. Black coffee with only a mild sweetness. Thin body, not a lot of creamy notes as expected. More oily. The coffee fades away quickly. Left with not w lot of flavor
