Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy whit e head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, barn yard, rural character. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty spicy, herbal, very malty, cow fodder, grains, bit sweet, some caramel. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, some banana, herbal, coriander notes.

Bottle from Carrefour. Hazy orange, stable, foamy, white head. Aroma of ripe apple, pear, banana peel, mandarin rind, honey, vanilla, vague cheese. Taste has sweet apple, banana & apricot drenched in honey maltiness, a bit yeasty & spicy, bitter hint of orange peel. Ends floral hoppy with citrus peel, ripe apple & a touch of vanilla, rather apparent warming jenever alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Not too run-of-the-mill with an underlying freshness, which is good, for once.

Clear red brown colour with big fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have dark malts and dried fruits. Has enough bitterness to keep it in balance.

Large foamy white head left a froth on a reddish brown body. Malt, cinnamon & dried fruit aroma. Medium bodied, foamy & cloying on the back. Malt, dried fruit, spices, berry & raisin tastes with a lightly hopped fruity finish. Excellent Winter Warmer

Bottle picked up from Belgiuminabox webshop Antwerp Belgium and consumed at home listening to Jenny Beth - To love is to Live and cooking a Mango Chicken Curry and Chaana Dhal (both Curry Guy) Friday 4th December 2020. Pours murky dark brown with an off white head, candi sugar on the nose. Taste is mostly a residual sugar boozy mess, bit harsh tasting, couldn't drink it all.
