Description

Not the best in the style, however it's also pretty easy drinking. If the bitterness were less harsh it would be substantially better. online belgian beer factor

330ml bottle. Chestnut colour with ruby glimmer and small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, biege head. Yeasty fruity and dark malty aroma, notes of dried fruit, raisin, fig, date, plum, hints of treacle. Taste is dry, slightly roasty dark malty and yeasty fruity, hints of dark chocolate, dried fruit, slightly dusty yeasty overtones.

Pretty cloudy yellow beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very yeasty, metallic, bit chemical, not very pleasant. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very yeasty start, metallic, lots of coriander, malty, grains, banana peel. Aftertaste: some chlorine, yeast, more banana peel, metallic, unpleasant bitterness, slightly fruity, some notes of pear.
