Bruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is erg krachtig, zoet en erg fruitig, druif en bessen komen naar boven. Een bijzonder bier wat afwijkt van de standaard abt/quadrupel, maar daarom zeker niet slecht is.

Beany and husky coriander, wheat bread, and lemon nose. Cloudy amber, floaties, thin head. Okra, coriander, wheat bread. Medium body, easy carbonation. Different, but a bit flawed in the execution. Not great.

Bottle at Avenue Pub. Pours a cloudy yellow with sml wht head sticky lacing. The aroma is wheat and citrus. Thin body, light tartness, lemon. wheat, light dry finish, good.

Bottle shared with Joes. Hazy golden color, medium sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is indeed like I would expect from a blond beer aged in calvados barrels: sweetish and a bit alcoholic. Taste malts, sweet, sweet malts, oak, cognac-like barrel aging. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Not bad at all.
