Bottled. Cherry red. Bigaroon aroma. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Juicy flavour of bigaroon (not at all the typical cherry flavour you’ll find in most Belgian kriekbiers), some lighl acidity and some sweetness. Unlike the other beers I had from t’Gaverhopke it doesn’t really take off.

Bottled. Cloudy orange brown. Malt aroma. Sweet, somewhat fruity and full bodied. Clean mouthfeel. Despite it’s size surprisingly drinkable. Complex malt flavour with a hint of lingonberries. Drier finish. A big, yet subtle beer.

Bottled. Cloudy dark amber. Estery strawbeery aroma with a light touch of vinegar. Sweet nose, somewhat frutity, clean mouthfeel, some syrup. Drier finish. Interesting, but not as good as their blond.

Bottled. Cloudy mustard yellow. Soft, dry malt is the foundation. In a distance very light notes of vinegar lurks. The malt structure is complex and backed by some light hoppiness. An enjoyable subtle and complex beer.

Even after 3 years, it's still almost explosive; cloudy light amber color, poor head retention. Strong aroma, malty and sour, a bit fruity. Quite dry mouthfeel, a bit astringent, woody. Old hops and long palate.

Totally hazy pale rosy-to peach colour, foaming but no head except for slim white lines across the surface. Good cherry nose, fruity, sourish. Tart taste, full fruitiness, slightly lactic, earthy, farmyard, but nothing extreme - good! Medium bodied - exactly right for a fruit beer. Excellent fruitbeer. maybe just a bit too much fruit and too little beer. He ought to make (much) more of this, cause this is very rare and hard to find.

Very nice aroma. Spices (21 different kinds added - in 2002 even more!)are responsible, but also a ever so slight lactic infection (this beer is 1 year old - the new one not yet availbale), which is both pleasing to nose and palate. Slightly sweet, but beautifully balanced by the lactic acid.
