Bottle courtesy of Casey - the man, the myth, the legend - at Max’s, thank you sir! Bright golden yellow, large thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma has celery salt (and I like celery salt!), malt, dust. Taste is tangy lemon peel and black pepper. Very easy to drink. Good stuff.

Bottle. A hazy, amber beer topped by a minimal-sized off-white head. Spiced, sugary nose with sourish hints. Yeasty, sourish and slightly lemony flavor with a good dash of white sugar. Medium body. Sweet finish. Might be off, definately not a very succesful one, both too sweet and too sourish. 100115

Dark brown with a tall, fine, pillowy head. Dry aroma of dark fruits, light caramel, and a slightly sour tang. Inviting and original. There is also something almost tropical in the nose! Tangy, fruity flavor with caramel and chocolate, blueberry. Rather sour, verging slightly on an old bruin. Dry, clean and very tasty. Love it.

Bottle as "Extra" shared by Marcus. Pours hazy copper with a vanishing beige head. Sort of a sweet sweatsox aroma. Med+ body with mild carbonation. Flavor is fruit and perhaps a tad honey. Mild hop. A very pleasant experience. Heat just didn’t come into it for me. A mildly wonderful whatisit?.

Bottle at Maxs. Spicy. Lots of cinnamon and orange peel. Very Belgian thick yeasty tones. Brown-orange color. Cinnamon and nutmeg are in your face, but somehow balance out. Intensely spiced Belgian Xmas beer.

Cool looking little 11.2oz bottle from City Beer, the name on the bottle is Extra
Appearance: Pours slightly hazy murky brown with a small tan head, some lacing left in the glass
Aroma: Bready, yeasty, caramel, sour fruits
Taste: Sour fruits, malty, hot alcohols in the finish
Not an enjoyable beer, especially for the price.

Pours gold into a snifter. Bright white head quickly recedes to slurry surface. Hot lemon and caramel aromas. Crisp and boozy with sour lemon upfront and a lasting tart apple finish.
