Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of malt, with fruity, farty and estery notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of bread and yeast and malty touches. Hints of spice. Bitter and rough aftertaste. Quite bitter and non-fruity for the style but drinkable.

Bottle, 5%. Distinct coriander and clove aroma, also known as tea and yoghurt to me. Shiny, pale golden colour. Semi-stable chalk white head. The flavour is a lot like the aroma, mildly teaish with a hint of clove. Good yoghurt and lemon peel citric notes. And a very good mouthfeel as well. Distinct bitterness in the finish, slightly astringent, but clean and good.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with minute sediment particles and airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with floral and hoppy notes and touches of spice. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of flowers and fruit and touches of malt and pepper. Bitterish and slightly spicy afteraste. Okay but a trifle watery.

Thanks to Andy Dewilde! Sampled bottled. Hazy golden, small white head. Nose is dank, raw fresh hop, lemon, pine, hay, light raw grass, lightly yeasty, nice substantial raw hop profile. Lightly fizzy. Taste is a bit yeasty with citrus, hay, lemon, lightly dank hops, hay,… Rich & fresh enough hop character. Easy to drink. Lives up to the promise, I can see this being rich & drinkable enough to be sessioned. Solid work for sure.

Bottle, 10%. Sweetish, fruity and vinous aroma. Clear dark brown colour, red shine. OK stable creamy tan head. The flavour is nicely roasted. Starts off with a coffee note, but quickly turns more to a fruity and vinous note with a mild alcohol bite. Has a very late spicy finish, seems like cinnamon to me. I get a lot of roasted notes, but surprisingly little coffee.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark ruby / copper brown with stable off-white head. Dark aroma of chocolate and malt, with touches of caramel and hints of fruit. Sweetish flavour of dark chocolate, coffee and malt, with notes of caramel and cinnamon and roasty touches. Hints of fruit and yeast. Bittersweetish and roasty aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. A nice beer but quite coffeelike and chocolatey for the style.

Bottle, 6.7%. Good caramelly and yeasty aroma. Clear amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is caramelly at first with a distinct but clean bitterness that follows soon after. Unfortunately, the hops’ aroma and flavour are not so well-preserved in the flavour. The beer comes off as a nicely bitter drop, but not as refreshing as I had hoped.

Bottle. Pours nearly clear amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of soap and yeast, with faint notes of malt and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with dusty, soapy and malty touches and notes of needles. Hints of yeast, especially in the bitterish aftertaste. Drinkable but quite different from what I had expected.
