Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Hazy dark brown, coarse head. Fruity nose with plenty of coffee. Sweet with full body and rounded, sticky mouthfeel. Heavy on coffee, some syrup notes of chalk. Saccharine finishwith some resin . Unrefined.

375ml bottle @ the 11th Shrewsbury Bottle Share, Feb 15, courtesy of myself. Big bourbon aroma, lusciously sweet vanilla bourbon-infused quad. Kinda wish I’d selfishly kept this all to myself. Ah well.

Bottle. Creamy off-white excellent fully lasting head. Brown colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy and heavy yeasty aroma. Heavy bitter powerfull nice flavor. Loads of nice yeasty notes. Long heavy bitter complex finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Cheers Mike for sharing this. 375cl bottle: BBD 26 Nov 16. Bottle number 00447 split between five of us on 17 Feb 2015 in Shrewsbury. Brown pour with an off-white topping, slight haze to the last drop out the bottle (my sample). Nose of maltiness and vanilla with some woody hints behind a yeasty undertone. The taste a little sour with all the aromas showing up again in the flavours. Decent and different. Good body depth, with traces of the bourbon oozing through the finish.

Bottle at Craig’s house. Appearance - close to opaque black with a thin fawn head. Nose - compost bin and sweet wood. Taste - vanilla and burnt wood, veggie note. Palate - medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long tangy texture. Overall - it improved but wouldn’t go back.
