Dark copper body with a fizzy, fast disappearing head. A soft nose of sweet malt and banana. The taste profile is led by the chewy, sweet malt, followed by a soft Belgian yeast, subtle fruitiness, nutmeg and other spices. A bit dense and sticky for a Belgian ale.

Tap at the northern Ontario beerfest. Cloudy orange pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is very very yeasty, light fruit, some apples and stone fruit, with light funk. Full bodied, and a soft carb. Finish isnt bitter at all, sweet, and yeasty, with some more apples, and light cereals. Kinda all over the place. Not great.

Cloudy brown pour, with hints of red, and very little heat. Very woody aroma, light vinegar, and some hints of stone fruit. Watery mouth feel, carb is very low, beer is almost flat. Finish is quite tart, hints of funk. Light view our notes, and lots of earthy wood, and slightly sweet barrel. As it warms it gets yeasty, with some wet paper flavours in the end. Tartness fades, more fruit comes forward.

Slightly hazy orange poir with a small white head. A complex Aroma mixed with tart berries, earthy ginger and tart, lactic sourneaa. Nice mouth feel, and a Greta lively carb. The finish is funky and tart with a spectacular tart berry flavour. The ginger adds and earthiness but it’s subtle and is complimentary to the tart berries. Low bitterness, loads of tart raspberries. Really crisp, clean beer. Great stuff.

I believe this is the wet hopped Ontario cascade version. Clear golden pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is very very grassy, with hints if pine resins and some fresh green hop cones. The flavour is very fresh, and crisp. Clean, fresh, hop Cone flavour, with some more grass and light yeast notes. Medium bitterness with some noble home flavours in the end.
