750 ml bottle at Gueuze tasting 2016, Ulfborg. Clear golden color with white head. Yeasty aroma, funky, dusty, barnyard, grapes, light citrus, wood. Sweet, acidic an light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Tom’s place. Hazy golden with a small white head. Great funky aroma with oak, barnyard, sweat, cobwebs. Sour flavor, funky, oaky, with lemon, sweat, cobwebs, and a light bitterish hint. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation. Great.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom’s place. Thanks Tom L. Bottle 64/3800. Nice deep red color. Aroma of juicy cherries, berries, wood, a bit of cork, some cellar. Sweet and tart flavor with juicy cherries, some berries, mild funk, some cellar, oak. Rounded mouthfeel. Great, juicy, delicious.

Bottle. Hazy maroon color, off white head. Aroma of cherry and raspberry jam. Taste starts with sweet berry, then tart and lightly acetic cherry, tannins. Tasty.

Bottle@ungstrups - Yellow golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity aroma and taste with some herbal twiggy hoppy notes into the close.

Sampled from tap at Bierfestival Groningen 2016 (backlog). Two years old, 6% abv. Clear, golden amber with a white head. Funky, sourish-fruity aroma of lemon, rhubarb, gooseberry and oak. Funky, sourish-fruity taste of lemon, gooseberry, rhubarb, leather and some oak, followed by a short, tart finish. Thin to medium body, spritzy and effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Bottle 750ml. [ As BIIR 4B Oude Gueuze - Lambic Series ].[ Bottle 2547/2700 ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy tart grapes - green apples - citrus, barnyard, leather, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, dry, barnyard, leather, fruity malt, funky, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160624]
