Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, golden orange with a white layer. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and quite fruity aroma of apples, some wood and hints of walnut. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and fruity taste of apples, wood, some cinnamon and a touch of walnut, followed by a short, slightly tart and rather dry finish. Thin body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Spritziger, natürlich apfeliger Antrunk mit deutlichen Holznoten. Trockener Mittelteil, dabei bleibt die Fruchtigkeit intensiv. Vollmundig, durch die trockener eher kurz im Nachhall. 8/9/8/8/9/9

Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas’ place. Thanks Stas. Golden. Nice apples aroma, a bit of wood. Rather dry, mildly tart, light citric note. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle (from kaubamaja). Pours dark golden with whiteish head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet, baked apples, vanilla. Flavor is sweet and sour, baked apples. Body is watrey and has some sugar. Overall: not bad, but I like my ciders bone dry. If this is brut, I don’t even want to know what the others taste like, this is already too sweet...

15 year old bottle. Maybe not more rateable... Hazy dark golden with little white head. Aroma is fruity juicy apples, tanins. Taste is intensely dry with many tanins and lots of sour fruit. A layer of mealy stuff on the tongue. Almost undrinkable due to the tanins and dryness. Reminds me of unblended lambic... Probably too old?

Sample at Aficionado’s. Clear orange-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of apples and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart apple, malt and spice. The finish is dry with a fresh apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

750ml bottle. Pours clear straw yellow with no head. Aroma is pears, apples, apricot. Taste is sweet and sour pear, apple skin, funkiness. Tasty.
