Bottled (as Drummond IPA Blanche). Hazy golden, mid sized head. Light citrus aroma. Dry with medium body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. White bread, citrus and elderflowers. Long bitter finish.

Pours a hazy amber colour with a big frothy warm beige head, very long lasting with some foamy lacing. Aromas of fresh pine wood over caramel malts. The pine gum taste is also here, with again, the mild caramel malt base. Hints of wood all-around. This is quite a nice twist on the spicy pine hop IPAs, but with the real pine.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with lots of yeast particles floating around. The head is white, long lasting with some foamy lace. Beautiful aromas with fresh grassy hops, citrus and yeast. Medium, kind of flat body. Some nice dryness appears in the aftertaste, lingering. The hops top up the witbier part in the flavours. Pretty good white beer looking, hoppy IPA.

A hazed brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light nutty notes, light coffee, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light butterscotch notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, nice. On tap at Balthazar Laval.
